Arundhati Pethe is a M.F.A. animation student at SCAD. She graduated from the B.N. college of architecture with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2021. While getting her architecture degree, she realized that her love for animation is still not completely buried under the burden of buildings. That is why she decided to pursue her passion for animation at SCAD.
Many of the great animation studios she grew up watching inspired her work. She is driven by many fascinating stories and colors in her work. While completing her undergrad, she worked on three children's books as an illustrator and freelance projects as well. Her favorite things to do are live sketching and capturing different sights around the city. She creates colorful and playful designs. She loves to capture moments with her family and friends in her artwork.
